Job brief

Overall Job Purpose

The role is to deliver proactive business support in HR areas aligned with overall business strategy while ensuring compliance to pre-established policies and procedures, also responsible for applying this policies & ensuring smooth HR operations

HR Operations

  • Administer recruitment process through participation of sourcing, screening and selection of talents
  • Ensure smooth and effective HR operations between all stakeholders
  • Administer HR operations in accordance to the policies & procedures of the organization
  • Apply & maintain the HR policies through the workplace
  • Support in the training logistics and administration
  • Maintain and update employees’ records physically and electronically
  • Attend to employees’ queries and respond promptly to relevant HR requests
  • Manage and maintain employee records in related HR systems.
  • Maintain and update the Org Charts, job descriptions and headcount reporting every month
  • Responsible for pre-hire activities and post-hire onboarding administration.
  • Responsible for governmental and labor office-related transactions/physical audits
  • Responsible for vacation and attendance system management

Employee Relations

  • Act as primary focal point of support for employees regarding their day to day inquiries and problems
  • Collaborate with a centralized HR functions to provide service and support for Business units
  • Develops strong and effective working relationships with the employees

Compliance

  • Complies with all local legal requirements.
  • Adheres to company values, policies, procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Ensures personal adherence to workplace health and safety requirements and either addresses or brings to management’s attention when others are in breach of these requirements.
  • Acts in an ethical way with company assets and others.

Position Requirements

  • Good proficiency of the English Language
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 to 6 years of experience
  • Oracle Knowledge is a plus
