Overall Job Purpose

Implementing & Maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.

Process Quality

• Reviewing all the process sheets provided by the Engineering department.
• Compare process sheets with each production process to ensure full compliance.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to established process guidelines.

Final Product Audit

• Inspection for random samples of final product.
• Preparing the reports by defects and weights.
• Conduct inspections of random samples of final products.
• Prepare reports detailing defects and weights.
• Analyze audit results monthly.

Calibration & Tools Measurements

• Monitor the condition of tools used in production lines.
• Test on all devices and tools used in the manufacturing process.

ISO Requirements

• Ensure compliance with all ISO requirements.
• Maintain a database of certificates required for ISO certification.
• Manage documentation related to the ISO system.
• Conduct internal audits to assess ISO compliance and document audit results.

Ensure Safety

• Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and communicated to employees.
• Ensure that the workplace is monitored and is fully in compliance with all applicable HSE standards, rules, and regulations to maintain safety in manufacturing facilities.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

Special Certification or Training Required: TQM, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IRCA, LSS.

3 to 5 years of experience

Technological Requirements:  AutoCAD – solid works – Microsoft office

Good proficiency of the English Language
