One of our core missions is to endorse and promote gender equality as part of our organizational culture. Many practices are adopted towards enhancing women empowerment in the workplace. GDP Ignition

the Graduate Development Program is designed to contribute to businesses by hiring young talents under the guidance and mentorship of our managers and leaders. enhancing their technical and non-technical skills.
This 12-month program provides young talents with cross-functional exposure and experience to build their successful career path.

Technical Track

This opportunity is specifically designed for more technically focused fresh graduates. Not only does the Technical Track enable them with necessary skills, trainings, and on-the-job learnings, but it also offers functional projects to empower and develop their young abilities. It provides as such, an exclusive opportunity to continue their career within GB Corp after assignment completion.
